This Document Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contractor With An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Deliveries Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order On Conditions Such As The Execution Of The Basic Order.
