The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Under This Order Will Be Obliged To Present, By The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Detailed Set Of Buses Covered By The Order (Technical Parameters Of The Offered Buses And Their Equipment) Along With A List Of Electronic Equipment (Dedicated Devices And Systems), Additional Equipment In Connection With The Authorization Granted, Software And Necessary Devices Using This Software. This Document Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contractor With An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Deliveries Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order On Conditions Such As The Execution Of The Basic Order. Contractors May Jointly Apply For The Contract. Contractors Jointly Applying For A Contract Must Appoint A Representative To Represent Them In The Procedure Or To Represent Them In The Procedure And Conclude A Public Procurement Contract. The Power Of Attorney Document Should: 1) Specify The Contract Award Procedure To Which It Relates, 2) List The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract (Principals), 3) Specify The Person Of The Representative And The Scope Of His Or Her Authorization. If The Power Of Attorney Has Been Prepared As A Document In Paper Form And Bears A Handwritten Signature, A Digital Representation Of This Document Is Provided With A Qualified Electronic Signature Certifying The Compliance Of The Digital Representation With The Document In Paper Form. The Certification Of Compliance Of The Digital Reproduction With The Paper Document Referred To In The Previous Sentence Is Made By The Principal. In The Event Of A Joint Application For An Order By Contractors, A Declaration Of Belonging Or Not Belonging To The Same Capital Group, Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of December 23, 2020 On Subjective Means Of Evidence And Other Documents Or Statements That The Contracting Authority May Request From The Contractor, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2415, Each Of The Contractors Submits - Appendix No. 5 To The Swz - Declaration On Belonging To The Same Capital Group.
