The City Of Zirndorf Intends To Use This Award Procedure To Award Lunch Meals (Hot Meals) To Elementary School I And Middle School Zirndorf. The Contractor Is Responsible And Independently Responsible For Providing Lunch For The Tied All-Day Group At Primary School I And The Tied And Open All-Day Classes/Groups At The Zirndorf Middle School. The School Does Not Have A Production Kitchen, So All Meals Must Be Pre-Produced. A Serving Kitchen Is Available. However, Equipment (Such As A Convection Oven Or Refrigerator) Is Not Available. These Would Have To Be Provided By The Contractor. Lunch Meals Must Be Provided For Schools On 4 Meal Days (Monday - Thursday). The Meals Are Warm Meals That Consist Of 2 - 3 Main Components. No Lunch Is Provided During School Holidays. Lunch Is Eaten In The Cafeteria Of The Zirndorf Middle School And For 5 Other Classes In The Dining Room Of Elementary School I, In 4 Shifts On Four Catering Days Per Week (Monday To Thursday): From 11:30 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. A Total Of Around 150 Middle School Students And 109 Elementary School Students Eat Their Lunch. All Catering Participants From Primary School I And The Middle School Zirndorf Take Lunch (6 Classes With Approx. 140 Students/ Page 2 Of 4 Inside) In The Cafeteria Of The Middle School Zirndorf, Volkhardtstraße 5, 90513 Zirndorf And 5 Classes (109 Children) From The Primary School In The Dining Room Of Primary School I, Mühlstr. 14, 90513 Zirndorf. The Number Of Daily Food Portions For Middle School Students Is Currently 140. The Number Of Daily Food Portions For Elementary School Students Is Currently Approximately 109. As Part Of The Tender Evaluation, The Bidder Must Provide Two Different Sample Menus, Which Will Be Evaluated By An Evaluation Committee Consisting Of Twelve People In Accordance With The Evaluation Scheme Enclosed In The Tender Documents. The Rehearsal Dinner Is Expected To Take Place In Calendar Week 29. More Detailed Information Will Be Provided In Good Time. Two Different Menus Are To Be Provided For Primary And Middle School Students, Each Taking The Portion Sizes Into Account. The Selection Of Dishes And The Respective Number Of Portions Will Be Communicated To The Eligible Bidders Following The Price Evaluation.
