Quantity: • Total Bridge Length: 170.10 M; • Number Of Bridge Openings: 2 X 80.00 M; • Leveling: 1 Piece; • Cf Line In Definitive Version Of Route L=1200 M. Contract Duration: 20 Months, To Which Is Added, If Necessary, A Maximum Of 4 Calendar Months For Each Calendar Year, For The Interruption Of Works During Cold Weather, During The Conventional Period 15 November - 15 March. The Estimated Value Does Not Include Provisioned Amounts/Implementation Reserves. Note: The Estimated Amount Does Not Include The Amount Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. Suspension Clause: The Awarding Procedure Is Carried Out Under This Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Signing Of The Contract For The Execution Of Works Will Be Done Only After Securing The Funding Source. The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Economic Operator That Will Be Declared The Winner Following The Completion Of The Sectoral Procurement Procedure, In Order To Execute The Works Related To This Objective, Is Conditional On Obtaining/Approving The Financing Of The Works, The Signing Of The Contract Being Possible Only In The Situation In Which The Provisions Relating To The Commitment Of Expenses From The Budgets Falling Under The Scope Of The Public Finance Legislation Are Respected. If, Regardless Of The Reasons, Obtaining/Approving The Financing Of The Works From Funds From The State Budget Is Not Achieved, After Receiving The Notification From The Competent Authorities Regarding The Non-Granting Of Financing, The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Apply The Provisions Of Art. 225 Paragraph (1) Lit.
