The Schulwerk Of The Diocese Of Augsburg, An Ecclesiastical Foundation Under Public Law, Is Tendering The Property Planning Building (Service Description § 34 Hoai) For The General Renovation And The Partial Replacement Building Of The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium In St. Ottilien In Stages Starting From Lph 2. The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium, Which Currently Has Over 680 Students And 60 Teachers, Is Now Located In A School Building From The 1960S That Was Expanded In The 1970S, 1980S And 1990S. The Current School Building Is Not Barrier-Free And Has Significant Radioqonal Deficiencies As Well As Structural/Building Physics Deficiencies. The So-Called Day Home (Former St. Katharina Monastery) Currently Houses Rooms For All-Day Care For Students. The Former St. Katharina Monastery Has Now Been Placed Under Monument Protection As An Individual Monument. After Detailed Variant Investigations, It Is Now Planned To Completely Renovate The Former St. Katharina Monastery And Use It For Schools In The Future.
