For The Main Reception Point, The Firm Services Expected Are: Reception Of Visitors, Reception Of Employees With A Personalized Badge, Reception Of Official Visits, Operation Of “Electronic Device” Lockers, Support Of Visitors For Medical Examinations And Employees Taking Up Their Duties, Entry Of Information Into The Entry Request Software And Into Computer Databases, Various Marginal Services Such As The Installation Of Signage, Etc. For The Secondary Reception Point, The Firm Services Expected Are The Handling And Screening Of Visitors, The Support Of Certain Visitors, And Administrative Management. Beyond These Main Missions, Missions Are Planned As A Unit Of Work: The Exceptional Opening Of The Main Reception On Saturdays And Days When The Center Is Closed Or On Sundays And Days. The Contract Also Includes Several Options: Option To Extend The Contract By 24 Months, Split Into 12-Month Increments; Option No. 1 Adjustment Of The Time Slot To 6:30 A.M.; Option No. 2 Adjustment Of The Time Slot To 8:30 P.M.; Option No. 3 Taking Charge Of The Market; Option #4 Outgoing Reversibility Phase. The Services Concern, As An Indication, An Average Of 4,000 Monthly Visitors At The Main Reception Point, 850 At The Secondary Reception Point, 10 Official Visits Per Month, And Around 40,000 Incoming Calls Per Year For The Switchboard.
