The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Includes: Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities, Building Permit). The Ordering Party Emphasizes That All Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Ordering Partys Guidelines, Recommendations And Issued Decisions, As Well As Legal Provisions And Standards. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute A Closed Catalog Of The Description Of The Works. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Template Agreement - Appendix No. 11 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement And In The Opz - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Mandatory On-Site Visit Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Purpose Of The Visit Is To Check (Visual Inspection) The Field Conditions Necessary To Prepare The Offer. The Site Visit Will Take Place On The Following Dates: 1) April 28, 2026, At 12.00, 2) April 30, 2026, 12.00, 3) May 5, 2026, 12.00. The Contractors Are Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xii, No Later Than The Day Before The Selected Visit Date, By 10.00 A.M., A List Of Names Of The Contractors Representatives Who Will Take Part In The On-Site Visit And The Date Of The Visit. The Application Should Be Sent Via The Platform In The Questions / Information Tab Using The Add Question / Comment Command. The Ordering Party Will Immediately Provide The Registered Contractors With Detailed Information Regarding Organizational Issues Related To The On-Site Visit Within The Deadline Specified Above By The Ordering Party. The On-Site Visit Will Be Carried Out With The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Representative. A Report Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit (A Template Of The Report Is Appendix No. 13 To The Swz) Signed By The Representatives Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party.
