In Case A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Activities, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure. In The Event That Any Of The Activities That A Participant Offers Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure.
