The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance And Operation Of The Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Installed In The Rooms Of The Main Library Of The Warsaw University Of Technology In The Main Building Of The Warsaw University Of Technology And In The Branch Of The Main Library, The Southern Area Library. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes Two Scopes Of Services: 1) Basic Scope - Service And Maintenance Activities, Including Scheduled Inspections, Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance Of Devices In Accordance With The Schedule Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; 2) Additional Scope - Emergency Repairs, Including Troubleshooting And Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Parts And Elements Of Devices, Performed Under The Terms Set Out In This Agreement
