The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Complex System Intended For The Effective Management And Maintenance Of Land Roads In Its Property Management As Well As For The Support Of Subsequent Agendas In The Areas Of Traffic Engineering, Environmental Protection And Creation Of Urban Strategies. Due To The Close Interconnection Of The Individual Components, The Required System Must Be Delivered As An Integrated And Consolidated Whole Consisting Of:  Supply Of Stationary Equipment For Measuring Selected Parameters Of Land Roads, Including Assembly And Related Construction Work And Provision Of Service And Operation For A Period Of 5 Years,  Supply Of Vehicle Equipment Designed To Collect Selected Data On Land Roads While Driving, Including Assembly And Related Construction Work And Provision Of Service And Operation For A Period Of 5 Years,  Supply Of Software Equipment To Support Creation, Processing, Use And Linking Of Collected Data From Stationary And Vehicle Devices To Ensure Effective Activities And Intelligent Decision-Making In The Areas Of Management, Maintenance And Development Of Land Roads And Operation Of This System For A Period Of 5 Years.
