Library Software Development Services – School Digital Literacy Service For Public Educational Centers In The Community Of Castilla Y León Through A Platform (2026-2027 And 2027-2028 Academic Years). Decree 14 2022, Of May 5, Which Establishes The Organic Structure Of The Ministry Of Education, Attributes, In Its Article 8 Section A), To The General Directorate Of Innovation And Teacher Training, The Competence Over The Design, Coordination And Development Of Educational Innovation Programs And Plans. The Main Objective Of The Reading Plan Of The Ministry Of Education Is To “Foster The Reading Habit In Our Students And Develop Their Reading Comprehension Capacity Using Different Supports, Formats And Textual Typologies, As Well As Their Writing And Oral Communication, To Promote The Acquisition Of Media And Information Literacy, Typical Of This New Knowledge Society.” Among The Specific Objectives Is To Encourage The Development Of Innovative Initiatives For The Application Of Ict To The World Of Books And Reading, Writing And Oral Communication. For This Reason, For Several Years The Ministry Of Education Has Offered Educational Centers The Possibility Of Improving Digital Literacy As A Complement To The Work Carried Out In The Classroom, As An Instrument To Support Curricular Development That Has A Very Positive Impact On The Quality Of Teaching, Which Becomes An Indicator Of The Quality Of The Educational Center That Must Adapt To Current Needs, With The Provision Of A Library In Which Books And Educational Materials Can Be Consulted In Different Media And Formats, Including Those Found On The Internet. Because The Ministry Of Education Lacks Adequate And Sufficient Personal And Material Means To Execute The Services That Are Intended To Be Contracted, It Is Necessary To Open The Tender For A Digital Literacy Service, Through A Personalized Web Platform In Saas (Software As A Service) Mode That Allows Students And Teachers Of Public Primary, Secondary And High School Centers To Access Digital Content, With The Aim Of Jointly Creating A Literary Work Between The Author And His Readers (Students). In Order To Stimulate The Students Love Of Reading As Well As Stimulate And Improve Written Expression, All In A Digital Environment Adapted To The Variety Of Formats Used By The Current Knowledge Society. The Digital Books Created Through The Platform Will Become Part Of A Permanent Online Reference Library.
