Roof Repair And Maintenance Work – Proposed Roof And Internal Upgrade Works, At Lisnagry National School, Lisnagry, Limerick. The Works Comprise The Removal And Replacement Of The Existing Flat Roof And Mono-Pitched Roof To The Existing School Building,Including All Associated Roof Coverings, Insulation, Membranes,Flashings, And Related Roofing Components. The Works Shall Also Include The Removal And Replacement Of Existing Rooflights To Affected Areas, Complete With Insulated Upstands, Flashings, And Integration With The New Roof System To Ensure A Weather-Tight And Thermally Efficient Installation. In Addition, Provide For The Replacement And Upgrade Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage System, Including Gutters, Downpipes, Outlets, Box Gutters, And All Associated Fittings. Internal Painting Shall Also Be Carried Out To All Affected Areas Resulting From The Roof Replacement Works, Including Preparation And Painting Of Ceilings, Walls, And Adjoining Surfaces As Required, Together With All Making Good.
