The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of The Provision Of The Sound, Stage Lighting And Technical Assistance Service, Including Temporary Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Technical Control During The Events, Maintenance And Subsequent Dismantling Of The Equipment Necessary For The Correct Development Of The Festivities And Events Organized By The Barbate City Council, Mainly The Barbate Carnival, The Barbate Tuna Fair And The Barbate Carmen Fair, As Well As Other Cultural Events, Festivals And Municipal Activities Held Throughout The Year. Year. The Contract Includes, But Is Not Limited To: • The Installation And Configuration Of Sound And Stage Lighting Equipment On Stages, Fairgrounds And Other Spaces Where Events Take Place. • The Temporary Supply Of The Necessary Technical Equipment, Such As Sound Systems, Speakers, Mixing Consoles, Microphones, Stage Lighting Equipment, Support Structures, Wiring And Other Auxiliary Elements. • The Provision Of Specialized Technical Assistance, Including The Operation Of Equipment And Technical Control During The Celebration Of Scheduled Shows And Activities. • The Technical Supervision And Maintenance Of The Equipment During The Development Of The Events, Guaranteeing Its Correct Functioning. • The Dismantling And Removal Of All Temporary Equipment And Infrastructure Once The Events Have Ended. • The Contribution Of The Material And Personal Means Necessary For The Provision Of The Service, On An Accessory Basis And Without Transfer Of Ownership Thereof To The City Council.
