The Subject Of This Tender Is The Planning Services For Engineering Structures In Accordance With Section 43 Hoai In Service Phases 1-9 As Well As The Structural Planning Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai In Service Phases 1-6. The Services Are Advertised In One Lot. The Construction Costs For The Construction Project Are Expected As Follows: Eligible Costs: Eur 3,530,000 Net. A Gradual Commissioning Is Planned. There Is No Legal Entitlement To An Assignment That Goes Beyond Service Level 1. Furthermore, The Client Reserves The Right Not To Call Off Individual Construction Phases Or To Only Call Them Up To A Certain Performance Level Because The Implementation Of The Respective Construction Phases Depends On The Funding Approval. If A Construction Phase Is Not Funded, It Will Not Be Implemented. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Call Up The Entire Construction Phases. The Clients Waiver Of The Request For Individual Construction Phases Or Individual Performance Levels For Individual Construction Phases Does Not Constitute Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular No Claim For Lost Profits. Description Of The Planning Task: The Planning Task Includes Securing The Existing Building And Renovating The Masonry In Accordance With Listed Buildings With Professional Planning Of The Restoration Work. In Addition, The Strengthening And Renovation Of The City Wall Tour And The Entire Walkway (Including Drainage) In The Arcade Area Are To Be Planned In Parts. The Task Includes The Planning Of Engineering Structures, Structural Planning And Sectional Infrastructure Planning Under Monument Preservation Aspects. Particular Challenges Can Be: - Hillside Location And Accessibility Of The City Wall; - Existing Development In The Arcade Area; - Consideration Of Monument Protection Regulations; - Dealing With Slate Quarry Stone Masonry. Performance Time: Submission Of Funding Applications To The Monument Authority: October 2026. Completion Of Ready-To-Implement Planning And Cost Calculations For Applying For Funding From Urban Development Funding By November 2026. The Project Is Funded By Public Funds. Compliance With The Funding Requirements Must Be Ensured At All Times. With Regard To The Description Of The Service, The Client Is Guided By The Service Profile Of The Hoai 2021.
