1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Located At Ul. Local Initiative 5 In Krakow, Which Is The Seat Of The District Council Of District X, In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of People With Disabilities.2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) Performance Of Construction Works, 2) Ensuring Authors Supervision By A Designer With Appropriate Authorizations, 3) Preparing And Completing The Documentation Necessary To Obtain And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Construction Of The Shell Of A Closed Building, Including In Particular: A) Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works, B) Earthworks And Foundation Works, C) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Structure (Foundations, Walls, Columns, Beams, Ceilings), D) Masonry Works, E) Construction Of The Structure And Roof Covering, F) Installation Of External Window And Door Joinery, G) Execution Facade, H) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Installation Of A Lifting Device.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Finishing Works And Land Development Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including In Particular: A) Execution Of Electrical Installations, Including External Lighting And Reconstruction Of The Existing Lighting Pole, B) Execution Of Sanitary Installations (Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Storm Sewage), C) Execution Of Internal Finishing Works (Partition Walls, Plasters, Floors, Ceilings, Gk Buildings, Internal Door Joinery), D) Construction Of Sanitary Rooms Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, E) Installation Of Devices And Equipment, F) Development Of The Area (Including The Strip Around The Building, Rainwater Tank And Other Elements Provided For In The Documentation), G) Carrying Out Tests, Inspections And Technical Acceptance, H) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.4. The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Documents Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.
