3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works On The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Dormitory At Zsckr In Mieczysławów. Construction Works Will Be Performed At A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments - A Manor Park In Wały-Mieczysławów, Commune. Krzyżanów, Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Under Number 627 By Decision Of November 25, 1991, And Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.3.2. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order:3.2.1. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice. The Offer Must Include The Costs Related To The Organization Of The Work Site, Ensuring That The Work Is Managed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of All Necessary Materials, The Performance Of Inspections, Tests, Tests - If Necessary, And The Collection Of Documents Required By Law. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.2.2. Each Contractor Participating In The Mandatory On-Site Visit Is Obliged To Confirm Participation In The Visit By Entering The Attendance List, Thus The Contractor Will Receive Confirmation Of Participation And Completion Of The On-Site Visit To The Task In Question After The Completion Of The Visit.
