A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex A To The Swz, Whereby: 2.1 The Ordering Party Will Order Single Orders Of Specific Forms Listed In Annex A To The Swz In The Quantity Specified In A Single Order, The Execution Of A Single Order Will Take Place On The Terms Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz; 2.2 Whenever The Following Part Of The Swz Refers To Delivery, It Should Also Be Understood As Delivery, Unloading And Bringing To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party;2.3 The Receipt Of The Forms Ordered By The Ordering Party Will Be Confirmed In The Form Of Acceptance Reports Signed By Authorized Representatives Of Both Parties.
