Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting An Educational And Ecological Camp For Participants Of The 2Nd Edition Of The Direction - My Future Project, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus

1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize An Educational And Ecological Camp, Along With A Mandatory Trip To A Wind And/Or Photovoltaic Farm, For Participants Of The 2Nd Edition Of The Direction - My Future Project, For A Minimum Of 20 And No More Than 24 Ohp Wards And 2 Guardians/Educators Who Are Ohp Employees. The Maximum Number Of People, I.E. Ohp Participants And Educators, Will Be 26 People.2) Mandatory, The Contractor Must Prepare And Conduct: A) Ecological Workshops Lasting 6 Days With A Total Number Of At Least 15 Teaching Hours, B) At Least 1 Trip To Cultural And Tourist Facilities Referred To In Point Vii.1A) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, C) At Least 1 Trip Regarding Recreational, Sports And Tourist Activities, Outdoors, Which Will Be Conducted By Qualified Staff Active Tourism Instructors And Guides Referred To In Point Vii.1B) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3) Location Of The Educational And Ecological Camp: The Only Criterion Regarding The Location Of The Accommodation Facility Is That The Center Where The Educational And Ecological Camp Will Be Held Is Located A Maximum Of One Hour Away From The Wind And/Or Photovoltaic Farm, According To The Route Calculated For Road Transport, E.G. Via The Website Www.Maps.Google.Pl. 4) The Participants Of The Direction - My Future Project Are Young People Aged 15-24 Who Are In A Disadvantaged Situation On The Labor Market, Including Economically Inactive People And Young Workers. 5) Due To The Fact That The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Conduct The Entire Educational And Ecological Camp, Including Employing A Camp Manager (Rest Manager) And A Person To Conduct Ecological Workshops, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Education Superintendent The Intention To Organize The Rest, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of March 30, 2016 On The Recreation Of Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item No. 452).6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify That The Persons Who Will Directly Perform The Order And Will Have Contact With Minor Participants Of The Ohp Are Not Included In The Register Of Sexual Offenders And Whether Any Criminal Or Disciplinary Proceedings Have Been And Are Not Pending Against Them In Connection With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2026, Item 110, As Amended). Pursuant To Art. 22B Of The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors In Connection With The Act Of July 28, 2023 Amending The Act - Family And Guardianship Code, And Certain Other Acts (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 236), The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Developed And Implemented Standards For The Protection Of Minors. Moreover, In The Execution Of This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use The Standards Developed And Implemented By The Ordering
