Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Development Of The Infrastructure Of The Sokół Entertainment And Theater Hall In Starogard Gdański By Replacing Seats And Carpets

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of 340 Armchairs And The Laying Of 360 M2 Of Floor Covering In The Sokół Entertainment And Theater Hall Located In Starogard Gdański At Al. Jana Pawła Ii No. 2 In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Delivered Seats And Carpet Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Defects And Technically Functional. 4. The Purchase And Installation Must Be Adapted To The Dimensions And Conditions Of The Entertainment And Theater Hall. 5. The Arrangement And Method Of Mounting The Seats Must Meet The Requirements Of Current Regulations And Standards, In Particular § 261 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended). 6. The Installed Floor Covering Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Pn (Thickness, Flame Retardancy, Toxicity, Abrasion, Utility Class, Antistatic Properties). 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Install The Seats And Carpets, I.E. In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, Certificates Of Use And Applicable Standards And Requirements Relating To This Type Of Facilities. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Responsibilities Also Include Unpacking, Assembly, Testing And Warranty Service.
