A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: A) Contract, The Draft Of Which Constitutes Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, B) Land Development Design - Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz, C) Technical Design - Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Swz, D) Technical Specification For The Acceptance And Execution Of Works - Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz.4. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz - Due To The Nature Of The Remuneration (Lump Sum) Is Attached For Information Purposes Only - When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Differences In Quantities Or Missing Items, If The Need To Perform The Work Results From The Land Development Design, Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Obligations Indicated In The Template/Draft Contract, Including The Warranty, Warranty.5.
