1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Software Licenses For The E-Services Platform Of Mof Janów Lubelski Along With Implementation And Employee Training Services As Part Of The Project E-Services In The Partnership Municipalities - Zielona Brama Roztocza (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project).2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create The Main, Integrated Platform For The Provision Of E-Services By The Municipalities Of Mof Janów Lubelski (See Section 7). The Platform Will Constitute A Unified Point Of Contact Between Residents And Local Government Units That Are Part Of The Mof.3. The Contractor Will Grant A License For The Delivered Software On The Terms Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Template/Draft Contract.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Software For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Template/Draft Contract.5. Supplies And Services Planned To Be Purchased Under The Project Were Divided In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law For Parts Awarded Under Separate Orders. This Order Constitutes One Of The Lots.6. The Order Includes: • Delivery Of Software Licenses For The Mof Janów Lubelski E-Services Platform, Along With Accompanying • Implementation Services Of The Mof Janów Lubelski E-Services Platform And • Employee Training Services.7. The Order Is Being Implemented For The Benefit Of The Partners Jointly Implementing The Project: The Dzwola Commune, The Godziszów Commune, The Janów Lubelski Commune And The Modliborzyce Commune (Hereinafter: Project Partners). The Project Partners Are Simultaneously Implementing Or Have Completed Individual Tasks Within The Project (Hereinafter: Municipal Tasks). These Tasks Include, Among Others: Delivery And Implementation Or Modernization Of The Software For The Residents Online Account Module And Development And Implementation Of E-Services In The Field Of Taxes And Local Fees. The Products/Results Of The Implementation Of These Tasks (Residents Online Account Module, E-Services) Must Be Linked To The E-Services Platform That Is The Subject Of This Order.
