1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Television Screen Along With The Supporting Structure And Fencing At The Municipal Stadium In Bielsko-Biała.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes The Following Activities: 1) Delivery And Installation Of A New Led Screen With Minimum Dimensions Of 8.60 M X 4.80 M, Together With: A) Supporting Structure And A Fence Protecting Against Unauthorized Access, B) Construction Of A New Fiber Optic Installation Enabling Control Of The Video Signal On The Large Screen From The Control Room, I.E. Construction Of Cable Routes And Running Optical Fiber From The Control Room To The Screen (Approx. 200 Mb), Creation Of Telecommunications Boxes With Connections On Both Sides Of The Optical Fiber And The Use Of Sfp-Rj45 Media Converters. The Telecommunications Installation Should Also Enable The Protection Of A Backup Signal, The So-Called Backup, C) Delivery And Installation Of Cable Routes And Supply Of Power To The Screen From The Main Switchboard And Connection To The Power Supply. 2) Disassembly Of The Currently Installed Telescreen Together With The Supporting Structure, Protecting It Against Weather Conditions And Transporting It To A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Up To 10 Km). 3) Delivery And Installation Of A Ptz Camera On A Dedicated Mount In The Area Of The Stadium Control Room With A View Of The Opposite Side Of The Pitch, Including Execution Necessary Installations (Approx. 50 M Of Cable Route Between The Control Room And The Camera) And A Keyboard Controlling The Camera.4) Delivery And Installation Of Elements Of The Image And Results Management System, I.E.: A) All In One Led Screen Controller, B) Computer With A Dedicated Graphics Card And A Capture Card Capable Of Receiving The Tv Signal, C) Video-Scoring Software For Displaying Marketing Content, Organizers Messages And Enabling Sports Information During The Match Football, D) Control Panel With Min. 32 Programmable Buttons) Lockable Rack Cabinet With Equipment And The Necessary Cooling System.5) System Configuration, Commissioning Of All System Devices, Training In The Use Of All Supplied Devices, Training Assistance During The First Match After Installation.6) Insurance Required In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting The Annex To The Swz.7) Warranty And Warranty In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting The Annex To The Swz.
