The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Titled: Construction Of A Marina On The Gwda River In The Motylewo Housing Estate.2. The Marina With Dimensions Of 2.4 M X 6 M With A Footbridge Of 2 M X 3 M And A Bridgehead Of 1 M X 2 M Will Be Located On The Property Marked With Geodetic Number 290 (Area 39), Owned By The State Treasury, The State Water Holding, Polish Waters, Regional Water Management Board In Bydgoszcz. The Location Of The Planned Investment Is Presented In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Construction Design, Detailed Design, Geodetic And Geological Study, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Cost Estimate Documentation, 2) Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law), 3) Obtaining The Consent Of The Land Owner For Construction Purposes. 4. Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Include: 1) Construction Design (Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design) - 6 Copies; 2) Technical And Executive Design - 4 Copies; 3) Preliminary Concept Of Temporary Organization Of Works - 2 Copies; 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 3 Copies; 5) Complete Documentation In Electronic, Editable Form Doc/Docx And Pdf, And Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities In Pdf And Xls /Xlsx, On An External Medium (Pendrive) - 2 Pcs. The Documentation Is To Be Divided Into Folders: Design Concept, Construction Design, Detailed Design, Stwior, Bills Of Quantities, Offer Cost Estimates, Investor Cost Estimates. The Complete Designs Are To Include Drawings And Descriptions Along With Technical Conditions And Arrangements.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Studies In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Legal Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations And Applicable Standards, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In Particular In Accordance With The Following Acts And The Implementing Regulations Established On Their Basis: 1) Act Of July 20, 2017, Water Law; 2) Act Of 7 July 1994, Construction Law, 3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Functional And Utility Program.6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For: 1) Making A Detailed, Complete Inventory Of The Existing Condition; 2) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of Work, About Problems That Have Arisen And, If Necessary, Making Appropriate Arrangements And
