• Part 1 - Milk And Milk Products The Detailed Assortment And Quantities Have Been Specified In The Assortment And Price Forms. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, With The Following Frequency, Once A Week, From 07:00 To 12:00. The Quantities Of Products Specified In The Assortment And Price Forms For Individual Parts Are Estimates And May Be Reduced, Increased Or Eliminated, Depending On The Current Conditions. The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Given Quantities Are Used Only To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer And Do Not Constitute The Ordering Partys Obligation To Complete The Order In Full. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In An Amount Not Less Than 60% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract For Each Part. As A Result, The Contractor Has No Grounds To Submit Financial Or Legal Claims For Unrealized Full Deliveries Or Grounds For Refusing Deliveries. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Shifts Between Individual Product Items Within A Given Part Of The Order, Without The Need To Conclude An Annex To The Contract, Within Limits That Do Not Change The Nature Of The Contract Or Its Maximum Value. The Changes May Consist In Increasing The Supply Of Some Products While Reducing Others, While Maintaining Constant Unit Prices. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Deliveries In Accordance With The Product And Price Form And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Products In Packaging Within The Grammage Range Indicated In The Price Form. Deliveries Will Be Made With Uniform Grammage For A Given Product Item Within One Partial Order
