The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Fire Protection Installations In The Building Of The Sports Hall Belonging To The University Of Economics In Poznań, Located At 9 Dożynkowa Street. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Works, Works And Deliveries In The Following Scope: A) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Supply And Hydrant Installation In The Sports Hall Building In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Main Section Of The Water Supply Installation And Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Hydrant Installation In The Sports Hall Building Belonging To To The University Of Economics In Poznań Located At Ul. Dożynkowa 9J By Jakub Makowski. B) Execution Of A New Emergency Lighting Installation In The Sports Hall Building In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Technical Design Of The Emergency Lighting Installation By Adam Samson. C) Execution Of Works Complementary To Those Listed In Point A) And B) Consisting In Developing Additional Drawings And Workshop Designs, Agreeing Them With The Ordering Party And The Authors Supervision And Carrying Out Construction, Installation, Assembly And Delivery Works On Their Basis, D) Carrying Out Complementary Works To Those Mentioned In Point A) And B) Consisting In Performing Assembly, Service And Commissioning Works As Well As Carrying Out Tests Of Correct Operation, Which Are Crucial For The Proper Operation Of The Installation Of Newly Installed Devices And Existing Devices, E) All Finishing Materials Used By The Contractor Must Have The Required Certificates And Approvals And Be Approved For Use In Educational Buildings. Painting Should Be Done With Latex Paints Of Class 1 Scrubbing Resistance In A Color As Close As Possible To The Existing One Or Agreed With The Ordering Party. All Cut-Offs During Painting Should Be Made In Straight Lines. F) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions For Construction And Installation Works Carried Out By The Contractor Listed Under Letters: A) - D) And Preparation Of Drawings Of The Rebuilt Domestic And Fire Protection Water Supply Installation. And Their Placement In The Heating Substation Room In The Area Of The Main Water Meter In Order To Enable Conscious Operation Of The Installation By The Ordering Partys Technical Employees, G) Development, Agreement With The Ordering Party, Implementation And Ongoing Updating By The Contractor Of Documents Necessary For The Efficient And Safe Conduct Of Construction And Installation Works In A Public Utility Building Not Excluded From Use, Including: Development Of A Detailed Work Schedule And Development Of Bioz Plans For Works That May Pose A Threat To The Contractors Employees And Building Users. Bills Of Quantities Works That Are Part Of The Documentation Are Attached For Information Purposes Only To Help The Contractor Calculate The Offer Price, And Should Not Be Fully Identified With The Scope Of The Order.
