The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Eastern Wing Of The Roof Of The Hotel Building Of The National Labor Inspectorate Training Center Named After Professor Jan Rosner In Wrocław, At Ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 9 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Center), Located On Plot No. 20, Dąbie District (Plot Id: 026401_1.0004.Ar_4.20, Land And Mortgage Register Number Wr1k/00094392/9). 2. The Ordering Party Declares That The Real Estate On Which Construction Works Will Be Performed Is The Property Of The State Treasury Under The Permanent Management Of The National Labor Inspectorate, And The Resulting Tasks Are Performed In Accordance With The Authorization Of The Director Of The Centre.3. The Hotel Building Is Under Conservation Protection And Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/2690/283. Due To The Above, The Renovation Will Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.4. The Renovation Must Comply With The Requirements Set Out In Decision No. 2666/2025 Of The Department Of Architecture And Monuments Of The Wrocław City Hall, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, And Decision No. 3673/2025 Of The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Wrocław, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement.5. The Renovation Of The Eastern Wing Of The Roof Of The Centers Hotel Building Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Agreement, Prepared By: Archidom Konstrukcje Budowlane Maciej Zawada, Consisting Of: 1) Construction Design (Including Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design) And Executive Design; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 3) Bill Of Quantities. 6. Carrying Out The Renovation Referred To In Section 1, Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery To The Hotel Building Of The Center Of All Materials And Products Necessary To Carry Out The Renovation; 2) Provision Of The Necessary Equipment And Tools; 3) Performance Of Works Consisting In: A) Dismantling The Existing Elements/Materials Together With The Concrete Slabs Of The Inverted Roof And Any Other Elements Subject To Renovation, B) Installing A New Structure Of The Renovated Roof Together With All The Necessary Elements, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 5, C) Disposal Of Dismantled Elements, Materials And Structures, D) Performance Of All Other Activities, Inspections And Tests Provided For In The Design Documentation Or Requirements, Procedures, Polish Standards, Etc. 7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Applicable Standards, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Technical And Construction Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, As Well As Other Legal Provisions Standardizing The Principles Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Agreement And The Law In Force In
