1. The Investment In Question Involves Painting The Walls Of The Building Of The Historic Austeria Inn At Rynek 2 In Sławków (Sealing Works Between The Beams). 2. The Task Is Part Of The Revitalization Of The Historic Wooden Austeria Inn From The 18Th Century In Sławków, Which Is One Of The Oldest Facilities Of This Type In Poland. Municipal Austeria In Sławków Called The First One - This Is The Official Historical Name Of The Inn Located In The Sławkowski Market Square At Number 2, Used Since Its Construction, Most Likely In 1781. The Monument Has High Artistic, Historical And Urban Values ​​On A National Scale, And Is A Valuable Example Of Wooden, Old-Polish Small-Town Architecture. The Inn Is Characterized By High Aesthetic Values ​​As A Valuable, Untransformed Old Polish Inn, With Authenticity Preserved To This Day, Both In Form And Function. The Building Is Also An Important Part Of The Street Frontage, Which Is Part Of The Citys Urban Layout Entered Into The Register Of Monuments. Its Location And Architecture Give The Fullest Idea Of ​​Construction And Carpentry In Pre-Partition Poland. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number: Kl.Iv-680/1/71, Amending Decision A/1591/95. Currently, In Order To Preserve The Unique Character Of The Facility For Future Generations, It Requires Work And Construction Works Related To Replacing And Supplementing The Insulation Between The Beam Walls With Wood Wool Braids. 3. The City Of Sławków, As The Owner Of The Monument, Currently Has The Technical Documentation Of The Works And The Required Conservation And Construction Permits. The Implementation Of The Project Will Contribute To Increasing The Attractiveness Of The City, Especially In The Context Of The Tourist And Cultural Function Created By Sławków, Of An Intimate Nature, Aiming To Use The Historical, Landscape And Cultural Values ​​Of The City.4. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Silesian Provincial Monument Conservator In Katowice. 5. The Works Covered By This Procedure Include: General Construction Works: Replacing And Supplementing The Insulation Between The Beam Walls With Wood Wool Braid (Molding) In The Amount Of 1,600 Meters. 7. The Building Being Renovated Contains Rooms That, Due To The Way They Are Used, Qualify For The Zl Iii Category Of Human Hazard. The Building Will Not Be Closed For Use During The Renovation And The Current Catering Activities (Restaurant, Special Events) Will Be Carried Out There. The Works Should Be Planned And The Construction Site Should Be Secured In Such A Way That The Works Do Not Disturb The Daily Use Of The Building By The Current Tenant. As Far As Possible, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Users Needs So That His Business Activity Is Continuous During The Investment. Work On The Modernization Of The Electrical Installation Will Also Be Carried Out In Parallel In The Building.
