1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Social And Temporary Premises Owned By The Radom City Commune.2. The Ordering Party Envisages Carrying Out Construction Works In 40 Municipal Residential Premises Intended For Settlement By Eviction. The Minimum Scope Of Works Is The Renovation Of 25 Residential Premises.3. The Proceedings In Question Will Be Carried Out In Residential Premises Located In Radom In The Locations Included In Annex No. 11 (List Of Buildings With Premises Intended For Social Rent And With Temporary Rooms).4. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: Demolition Works, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of Plasterboard Partition Walls On A Steel Grid, Floors, Renovation Of Stoves And Kitchen Cores, Painting Works, Sanitary Works, Gas Installations, Electrical Installations, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Each Residential Premises To The Extent Specified In § 4 Point 18) Of The Contract Template.5. The Scope Of Work On The Renovated Residential Premises Will Be Specified By The Ordering Party In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Each Work Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Carry Out All The Works Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate As Part Of A Given Order, I.E. To Withdraw From Works Unnecessary For The Proper Renovation Of A Given Residential Premises. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Units Of Measurement In Individual Cost Estimate Items, Provided That The Maximum Value Of The Contract Does Not Exceed The Value Of The Contractors Offer.6. The Deadline For Renovating The Premises Based On A Single Order Will Depend On The Size Of The Premises (Up To 30 M2 Or Over 30 M2) And The Scope Of Renovation (Replacement Of Construction Joinery Or Without Replacement Of Joinery) And The Declaration Submitted By The Contractor In The Offer Form. Details Regarding Permissible Deadlines Are Described In Chapter Xiv, Point 1, Point 3) Of Swz.7. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Included In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz), The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Purpose Of Dividing Contracts Into Lots (Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement) Is To Adapt Contracts To The Needs Of Smes - To Increase The Share Of The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Sme) Sector In The Public Procurement Market And To Increase Competition Between Contractors. Therefore, The Ordering Party Should First Assess Whether It Is Actually A Large Order, I.E. Going Beyond Certain Average Market Frameworks, And Only Then Should It Assess What Impact The Decision To
