The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) In The Offer That The Construction Works Or Devices Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If Equivalent Materials Are Used, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A List Of Replacement Materials For The Technical Documentation With The Offer (Own Study Containing At Least: Manufacturers Catalog, Manufacturers Name, Description Of Materials) - Failure To Submit Such A List Means That The Contractor Will Use The Materials And Solutions Adopted In Technical Documentation.
