1) Part I: Construction Of Road Lighting In Opole Lubelskie At Podzamcze Street - Stage Ii.3. The Scope Of The Order For Part I Includes The Implementation Of: A) Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Cable Line - Road Lighting On The District Road On The Land Of Plot No. 17, Located In Opole Lubelskie, District 03 - Opole Lubelskie - City, Along Ul. Podzamcze, Based On Building Permit No. 256/2023 Of December 1, 2023, Reference Number Ab.6740.5.72.2023. The Ordering Party Informs That Construction Works For Part 2 Have Been Carried Out Under The Permit. Note: The Construction Design Covers A Broader Scope, This Scope Has Been Marked In The Construction Design As Part 1. B) The Scope Of Work Will Include, Among Others: The Following Construction Works: - Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line; - Construction Of 12 New Lighting Poles; - Installation Of Booms And Lighting Fixtures On The Above-Mentioned Poles, A Total Of 12 Pieces; - Power Supply For The Designed Road Lighting In Accordance With Terms And Conditions Issued By Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Lublin Re Puławy Branch;C) The Contractor Will, Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, Develop A Project For The Temporary Organization Of Road Traffic For The Duration Of Works In The Road Lane Of District Road No. 2656 L And Obtaining A Permit To Occupy The Road Lane;D) The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services; E) The Contractor Will Provide Construction Management;5. Led Lighting Lamps Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Compatible With The Lighting Control System Owned By The Opole Lubelskie Commune And Meet The Following Parameters: A) Specified In The Design Documentation B) Fixtures Equipped With A Panel With Led Diodes, Which In The Event Of Damage Can Be Replaced Without Having To Replace The Entire Fixture; C) Each Diode On The Led Panel Should Have An Individual Optical Element With The Same Characteristics, So That If One Of The Diodes Burns Out, Only The Luminous Flux Changes Emitted By The Luminaire And Not Its Light Distribution (Uniform Illumination Should Be Maintained Over The Entire Surface Of The Illuminated Road). D) The Minimum Required Warranty For The Luminaires Is 60 Months; E) The Luminaire Is Equipped With An Anti-Oxidation Valve; F) The Luminous Efficiency Of The Luminaire Is Not Less Than 130 Lm/W; G) The Luminaire Is Adapted To Operate At Temperatures From -30 Oc To +40 Oc; H) The Luminaire Is Equipped With A Socket Enabling The Connection Of A Bidirectional Controller From Any Manufacturer And Enabling The Operation Of The Luminaires Power Supply To Be Controlled;I) The Luminaire Is Equipped With An Adjustable Mounting Bracket With A Minimum Adjustment Angle Ranging From -25 To + 25 Degrees;6. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation For Part I: Annex No. 8A To The Swz, For Part Ii, Annex 8B To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 And This Swz.
