Tenders Are Invited For Providing 24/7 Respite Care Services

The Service Involves Providing 24-Hour Care To People With Disabilities Who Have A Certificate Of Severe/Severely Coupled Disability Or A Certificate Treated On An Equal Footing With A Certificate Of Significant Disability, In Accordance With The Respite Care Program For Local Government Units - 2026 Edition. It Is Planned To Admit 29 People With Disabilities For A Total Of 406 Days Of Stay, With 1 Person Being Able To Use A Maximum Of 14 Days Stay. The Contractors Remuneration Includes All Costs Related To The Provision Of Respite Care Services As Part Of A 24-Hour Stay. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover These Costs As Part Of The Remuneration Received: • Remuneration Of The Staff Of The Institution Directly Providing Respite Care Services, • Utility Supplies (Fees For Electricity, Heat, Gas And Water, Transmission Fees, Sewage Disposal Fees, Telephone And Internet Service Fees), • Rent, Lease, Administrative Fees Related To The Premises (Including Garbage Collection) Where The Respite Care Service Is Provided, • Preparation And Purchase Of Meals, • Costs Related To Maintaining Cleanliness, • The Cost Of Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance For Persons Providing Respite Care Services, Related To The Provision Of These Services. Respite Care Services Will Be Provided 24/7 In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Respite Care Program For Local Government Units - 2026 Edition Of The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Above-Mentioned Guidelines. Program. The 24-Hour Respite Care Service Must Be Provided In A Center Located In The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski Or In The Communes Administratively Bordering The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski. Detailed Scope Of Activities As Part Of 24-Hour Care:• Care And Hygiene: Changing Diapers And Pads, Toileting, Washing, Combing, Changing Clothes And Bedding.• Basic Life Activities: Feeding Or Assistance In Eating, Preparing Meals, Assistance In Taking Medications.• Mobility: Assistance In Moving Around, Getting Up, Changing Position In Bed, Enabling Spending Time In A Wheelchair.• Organizing Free Time: Walking.• Ensuring Safety: Constant Supervision Of A Disabled Person, Taking Care Of Their Cleanliness And Mental Comfort.
