Tenders Are Invited For Update Of The Egib Database Regarding The Disclosure Of Buildings In The Graphic And Descriptive Parts Of The Records

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Surveying Services Consisting In Updating The Register Of Land And Buildings (Egib) In Order To Eliminate Discrepancies Between The Descriptive And Graphic Parts Of The Egib Database In Terms Of The Number Of Buildings For A Maximum Of 150 Cadastral Plots. The Number Of Buildings Subject To Updating Is No More Than 250. If During The Study It Turns Out That The Update Is Unjustified Due To The Lack Of Discrepancies Between The Descriptive And Graphic Parts, Then It Is Possible To Indicate Another Cadastral Plot As Part Of The Order. A Detailed List Of Plots Is Included In Swz.1) Surveying Work Aimed At Updating The Records Of Land And Buildings Will Be Registered As A Separate Notification, For Each Cadastral Area Separately.2) Materials Located In The District Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, Necessary To Perform The Order, Will Be Made Available As Part Of The Geodetic Work Notification.3) Providing The Contractor With Geodetic Or Cartographic Work With The Resources Of The Resource Is Exempt From Fees Pursuant To Art. 40A Section 2 Point 3 Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended). 4) All Activities Related To Updating The Land And Building Records, The Use Of Appropriate Types Of Documents Constituting The Basis For Eliminating Discrepancies, Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. 5) Geodetic Works Aimed At Updating The Land And Building Records Buildings Should Be Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular: A) The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended), B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of August 18, 2020 On Technical Standards For Performing Geodetic Situational And Height Measurements As Well As The Development And Submission Of The Results Of These Measurements To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1670), C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Register Of Land And Buildings (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219), The List Of Regulations Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Their Validity Should Be Checked On The Date Application.6) The Results Of Reported Surveying Works Aimed At Updating The Records Of Land And Buildings Are Subject To Acceptance Into The State Surveying And Cartographic Resources. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Positive Inspection Report Provided By The Geodetic And Cartographic Service Authority.
