The Project Includes The Construction Of A 5.5 M Wide Bitumen Road With 0.75 M Wide Aggregate Sides, Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits To The Property And Fields, Drainage Of The Road By Building Roadside Ditches And Culverts, As Well As The Construction Of Street Lighting. The Scope Of The Investment Also Includes The Removal Collisions With Existing Technical Infrastructure, Including Reconstruction Of The Power, Telecommunications And Water Supply Networks. The Works Also Include Earthworks, Slope Profiling, Road Marking And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. The Detailed Scope Of Work Has Been Specified In The Complete Design Documentation Attached To This Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz). The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Is Not A Basic Document For Determining The Offer Price. Failure To Include Any Item In The Valuation Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Claim Payment For Its Performance. The Contractor Should Analyze All The Provisions Contained In The Documentation And Prepare A Price Offer Based On His Own Analysis.
