Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment And Supplies For Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Gołdap Commune As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Five Parts: Part 1 - Delivery Of A Dirty Water Pump - 4 Pieces. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Four Dirty Water Pumps. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz. 2. Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Is Assumed That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Have A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period Issued By The Manufacturer And Should Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions.4. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional In Original Intact Packaging, Comes From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Is Not Encumbered With Third Party Rights. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Works, Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. In Order To Avoid Lexical Ambiguity, The Ordering Party Informs That The Term Brand New Has A Specific Meaning, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Which Was Not Used In Any Form Before Purchase. Comes From Current Production, Has The Ce Mark And Should Be Produced In The European Union.7. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards.8. The Contractor Completes The Make, Model/Type Of The Offered Equipment In The Offer Form, I.E. Information Indicated In The Offer Form; If It Is Not Provided, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order - Applies To Part 1.9. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. A Potential Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Parts Of The Order Or For Selected Parts. The Ordering Party Informs That Each Part Of The Order Will Be Assessed Separately.
