1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An It System Enabling The Assessment Of Compliance With The Level Of Hand Hygiene With A License (Hereinafter Referred To As: System) And Its Implementation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Specification Of The Order Terms, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz), Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Required Parameters Form (Appendix 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fpw), This Form Must Be Submitted Together With The Offer Form (Appendix 1 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fo) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Chapter Ii Of The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, Act In Accordance With The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Specified In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852, In Particular:• Ensured That The Devices Meet Energy Efficiency Requirements,• Ensured The Possession Of The Required Environmental Certificates,• Ensured The Minimization Of Emissions And Environmental Impacts,• Collected And Managed Waste Generated During Delivery, Installation Or Servicing In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy (Prevention, Reuse, Recycling, Recovery, Disposal),• Transport And Installation Of The Devices Were Carried Out In A Manner Minimizing Impact On The Environment.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In A Given Procedure. The Order Consists Of 1 Task. The Ordering Party Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of One Complete It System Constituting A Functional And Technological Whole. Dividing The Order Into Separate Parts Is Neither Advisable Nor Possible For Technical, Organizational And Operational Reasons. The Individual Elements Of The Procurement Are Closely Interconnected And Require Full Compatibility And Uniform Implementation Responsibility. Execution Of The Order By Different Contractors Could Lead To Integration Problems, Difficulties In Coordinating Work And The Risk Of Transferring Responsibility Between Contractors, In Particular In Terms Of Proper Operation Of The System, Service And Warranty Liability. Additionally, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order. Division Into Parts, For Example Covering Delivery And Assembly Separately, Could Result In The Inability To Ensure Uniform Responsibility For The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order And Increase The Risk Of Competence And Organizational Disputes. The Ordering Party Also Indicates That The Division Of The Order Could Prove To Be Economically Unjustified. Div
