Part 1: Delivery Of One Stationary Power Generator, Together With The Design And Connection To The Building In Order To Secure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów, 1) Delivery Of One Stationary Power Generator With A Minimum Emergency Power Of 185 Kva, With A Minimum Continuous Power Of 160 Kva, Together With The Design And Connection To Secure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order For All Parts: 1) The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2025), Unused, Undamaged, Come From Mass Production And Should Meet Safety Standards, Comply With Generally Applicable Provisions Of Energy Law, Construction Law, Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection, And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals, 2) Preparation Of A Technical Design (Agreement, If Required) Connection Of The Unit To The Tauron Energy Network Dystrybucja S.A., 3) Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Applying For A Building Permit Decision, If Required, 4) Performing All Necessary Electrical Works Related To Connecting The Generator To The Existing Switchboard In Terms Of Primary Power Supply, 5) Preparing A Concrete Foundation For The Installation Of The Generator In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. Detailed Opz Is Specified In Annex No. 8.1 - For Part No. 1.3. Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procedure If It Does Not Receive Public Funds For The Implementation Of The Task From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 4. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And These References Are Supplemented With The Words Or Equivalent In The Absence Of A Specific Definition. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Provide At Least The Same Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Operational Parameters As The Solutions Indicated In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Proposes An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence By Presenting Appropriate Documents, In Particular Technical Data Sheets, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Other Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Required Parameters. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Cannot Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration Or A Reduction In The Standard Of Work.
