A Passenger Car - Adapted To Transport 8 Disabled People, Including 1 Person In A Wheelchair + 1 Driver. A Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People In One Wheelchair With Delivery To The Customers Premises. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Car Or Subject Of The Order. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Ordering Partys Needs, Warranty And Service Conditions And Minimum Technical Parameters Within The Scope Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Table And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract Template. 2. The Vehicle Will Be Collected At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Fijewo 73, 14-260 Lubawa), 3) The Contractor In The Offer Price Is Obliged To Include Instruction On The Operation Of The Car And Equipment, For At Least 2 People, Which Should Be Carried Out On The Day Of Delivery, 4) Requirements For The Car: A) Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Model Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer, B) Meeting The Requirements - At Least The Cee Euro 6 Directive (2007/715/Ec) In Terms Of Emissions Of Pollutants, Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter And Hydrocarbons, C) Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, D) Having Approval Issued In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law Act, E) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach A Set To The Car Documents, In Particular: Warranty Card, Owners Manual In Polish And Other Vehicle Documents Required By Law (Extract From The Vehicle Approval Certificate, Prepared In Polish, Document Confirming Compliance With The Exhaust Emission Standard), F) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Warranty On The Delivered Subject Of The Agreement For:  Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components And Additional Equipment, For At Least 24 Months Without Mileage Limit,  For The Paint Coating, At Least 36 Months,  For Perforation Of Body Sheets, At Least 36 Months.
