Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Three Training Courses On Conducting Activities In Critical Infrastructure, Project Titled: In Service ++ Co-Financed From The Internal Security Fund For 2021-2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Organization Of Three Tasks Regarding Training In The Field Of Operations In Critical Infrastructure, As Part Of The Project Titled: In Service ++ Co-Financed By The Internal Security Fund For 2021-2027. Implementation Of Trainings That Are The Subject Of The Contract: Task 1: Mon. Regional No. 10 – Kwp Szczecin – Integrated Training On Critical Infrastructure. Date: June 14–19, 2026. During The Organization Of The Training, The Contractor Will Be Responsible In Particular For: A) Preparing A Conference/Training Room With Conference Equipment And Technical Support; B) Providing Catering Services; C) Providing 5 Nights In Single And Double Rooms. The Training Will Take Place On Weekdays, The First Day Of Training Is For Overnight Stay, Without Training Service. The Order Includes Training In Which 28 People Will Participate. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide One Training Room For Approximately 60 People. The Contractor Will Provide Catering Services During The Training: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. During Each Day Of The Training, The Meal Schedule Will Be As Follows: A) On Day 1, Dinner For 28 People, (June 14, 2026), B) On Days 2 - 5, Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner For 28 People. (June 15-18, 2026). On June 18, 2026, An Additional 68 People Will Participate In The Dinner (Banquet) (96 People In Total). C) On Day 6, Breakfast For 28 People (June 19, 2026). On June 19, 2026, An Additional 8 People Will Participate In The Breakfast (36 People In Total). Task 2: Mon. Superregional No. 4 – Kwp Szczecin Part Ii – Training In Conducting Activities In Critical Infrastructure. Date: September 27–30, 2026. The Order Includes Training In Which 48 People Will Participate (Of Which Catering And Accommodation Services Will Be Provided For 28 People). During The Organization Of The Training, The Contractor Will Be Responsible In Particular For: A) Preparing A Conference/Training Room With Conference Equipment And Technical Support; B) Providing Catering Services; C) Provision Of 4 Nights In Single Or Double Rooms; D) Provision Of Expert Services. The Training Will Include Theoretical Exercises In The Field Of: Safe Zones Inside And Around The Vehicle, Principles Of Ballistics Of The Projectile When Passing Through Various Elements Of The Vehicle; Planning Of Concealed Stopping Of Vehicles. And Practical In The Field Of: Shooting Using A Vehicle, Using Weapons Inside And Outside The Vehicle, Taking A Shot In Various Directions, Techniques Of Entering, Exiting And Evacuating From The Vehicle, Withdrawal/Leaving The Danger Zone, Working In Teams (Accepting Contact, Breaking Contact, Communication, Maneuver).
