1. The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Includes Comprehensive Design And Reconstruction Of District Roads 2521E And 2523E In Order To Improve Road Traffic Safety On The Sections: Błonie - Golbice, Wilczkowice - Podłęże. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform: 1.1. Stage I - Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Above-Mentioned Road Sections. Under The Contract, The Contractor Should Perform All Design Work And Studies Necessary To Obtain All Necessary Administrative Decisions Aimed At Implementing The Subject Of The Contract. The Decisions That Must Be Obtained Include The Decision On The Building Permit/Notification And The Decision On The Occupancy Permit/Notification For Use, And, If Necessary, Also Water And Legal Decisions Or Decisions On The Environmental Conditions Of The Consent To Implement The Project. Before Design Work, Geotechnical Research And Its Development Should Be Performed.1.2. Stage Ii - Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Błonie - Golbice Road Section. 1.3. Stage Iii Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Wilczkowice - Podłęże Road Section From 0 + 000 To 4 + 500.1.4. Stage Iv Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Wilczkowice - Podłęże Road Section From 4 + 500 To 8 + 090.1.5. The Complete Design Documentation Must Include: A) A Multi-Discipline Construction Design Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679), Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards, I.E.: - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Stwiorb, Electronic Version Of The Documentation, B) A Set Of Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Design Solutions With Relevant Institutions, Including The Required Environmental And Water Law Decisions, Reports, Expert Opinions, Hydrogeological Documentation, Permits To Carry Out Work In Archaeological And Conservation Zones, Etc.; Attention! The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Concept Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract With The Director Of The District Roads Authority In Łęczyca. The Agreement Will Be Made Through Written Approval Of The Above-Mentioned Concept. After Agreeing And Preparing The Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Complete Documentation To The Ordering Party, In Writing, In 3 Copies, Together With All Arrangements And Administrative Decisions. C) Information From The Designer About Safety And Health Protection Requirements.
