1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A New Cash Desk In The Entrance Hall Of The Kwadrat Theater Building. Edward Dziewoński, Along With The Performance Of All Accompanying Works, Disassembly, Installation, Assembly, Finishing And Cleaning Works Necessary To Obtain A Complete, Fully Functional And Ready-To-Use Cash Register Stand, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Procedure. 2. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Kwadrat Theater. Edward Dziewoński At Ul. Marszałkowska 138, 00-004 Warsaw, In The Entrance Hall Of The Facility. According To The Project, The New Box Office Will Be Located On The Left Side Of The Theater Entrance, Which Is Intended To Improve The Functionality Of The Space, Reveal The Central Column Covered With Mosaic And Improve Audience Communication To The Main Foyer.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Design Documentation Entitled: Design Of The Cash Desk In The Entrance Hall Of The Kwadrat Theater (Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Opz). The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Determined By The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. In A Situation Where The Description Includes An Indication Of A Specific Name, Product Or Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Solutions. Equivalent Solutions Should Meet The Minimum Parameters And Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 1 To The Opz.5. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Specific Standards Or Certificates, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards Or Certificates6. The Minimum Warranty Period For All Materials, Devices, Equipment Elements And Works Performed Is 3 Years, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations Or From The Date Of Removal Of Defects Found During Final Acceptance.
