The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services Consisting In Transporting Disabled Students Residing In The Celestynów Commune From Home To School/Kindergarten/Center And Back, Along With Providing Care During Transport On All Days Of Operation Of Schools/Kindergartens/Centers, Which Enable Students To Fulfill Compulsory Schooling, Learning And Pre-School Education. 2. Students Will Be Transported On All Days Of Study In Schools/Centers And Teaching And Educational Care In Kindergartens From Monday To Friday, Excluding Breaks In Learning, Including Breaks Set By The Institutions And Additional Days Off From School And Days Resulting From Restrictions On The Functioning Of Schools/Kindergartens/Centers In The Stationary System.3. The Term Monday Means Every Monday And The Day After A School-Free Day, And The Term Friday Means The Friday And The Day Before A School-Free Day.4. Estimated Number Of Transported Students: 10, Including One Student Who Goes To The Boarding School On Monday And Returns Home On Friday (The Number Of Students May Change: Increase Or Decrease).5. The Price Should Include The Cost Of Transporting Students With Their Guardian(S), And Stopovers Related To The Care Of Students - From The Moment Of Picking Up Disabled Students From Their Parents/Guardians To The Moment Of Handing The Students Over To The School/Kindergarten/Center Employees, And From The Moment Of Picking Up The Students From The School/Kindergarten/Center Employees To The Moment They Are Handed Over To Their Parents/Guardians. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Contractors Costs Related To Travel From Its Base To The First Stop, Where The Delivery Route Begins, As Well As Costs Related To The Return (Without Children) From The Final Stop To The Place Where The Vehicle Is Parked. The Above Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.8. The Unit Price For 1 Km Of Transport, Which Will Be Provided By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Will Apply At An Unchanged Rate Until The End Of The Contract, Subject To Changes To The Contract Referred To In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz). 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure An Appropriate Standard Of The Services Provided, And Taking Into Account That The Subject Of The Contract Is The Transport Of Disabled Students, The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise Special Care In Its Performance. 10. The Contractor Must Have The Required Authorizations And Employ Employees With Appropriate Qualifications, Authorizations And Experience To Provide T
