That, Given The Need To Have A Provision Of Services And Equipment In Accordance With Requirements, The Offeror Is Requested To Have A Health Resolution Specific To The Area Which Must Be Attached To Its Offer. The Non-Presentation Of Said Document Will Entitle Hospital De Porvenir To Reject The Offer Because It Considers That Information Is Of Utmost Relevance For Linking Services.
