The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching this Call for Tenders to select one or several supplier(s) for the provision of two independent dark fibre connections between its headquarters site at La Muette (Paris XVI) and the Circle building (Paris XV). Both connections are required to provide the same technical capacity and service level, with the objective of ensuring high availability and resilience of inter-site connectivity.
