All documents must be submitted by the stated deadline to qualify. The required documents are: Technical Proposal, including all supporting evidence as requested (Section 9). Suppliers must structure their Technical Proposal so that each response is clearly labelled against the corresponding numbered question. Financial Proposal, including all applicable fees and VAT (Section 10). Evaluation Criteria Bidders will be evaluated against the award criteria set out below to identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender that is technically compliant. Award criteria are used to determine which eligible bid is best placed to deliver the contract. The evaluation weightings are as follows: Technical Proposal including the sustainability assessment 60% Financial Proposal: 40% Suppliers shortlisted following the evaluation stages will be required to submit additional information as part of due diligence. This will include completion of a Supplier Information and References form, providing details of relevant clients, and a Cyber Security Questionnaire, where applicable.
