Tenders are invited for Selection of a Company or Legal Entity for Video Production and Case Study Documentation for the Project Strengthening Vegetable Production and Marketing to Improve the Climate Resilience Capacity of Smallholder Farmers Announcement on the Selection of a Company or Legal Entity for Video Production and Case Study Documentation for the Project Strengthening Vegetable Production and Marketing to Improve the Climate Resilience Capacity of Smallholder Farmers Announcement Description The Social Entrepreneurs Union of Agricultural Cooperatives (SEUAC) was established in 2022 with 15 members from Kampong Chhnang, Takeo, Kampong Thom, Kampong Speu, Prey Veng, and Siem Reap provinces. These members voluntarily formed the union in accordance with the procedures and laws governing agricultural cooperatives. SEUACs office is currently located in Chor Village, Prosnib Commune, Rolea Bier District, Kampong Chhnang Province. At present, SEUAC has 31 members, including 27 agricultural cooperatives and 4 private companies from Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Kampong Speu, Prey Veng, Kampot, Takeo provinces, and Phnom Penh Capital. SEUAC is currently implementing the project Strengthening Vegetable Production and Marketing to Improve the Climate Resilience Capacity of Smallholder Farmers, funded by UNDP/GEF-SGP Cambodia under project number KHM/CBA-3/2025/01 for a period of 9 months, from November 2025 to June 2026. Expected Outputs Announcement on the selection of a company or legal entity to produce a project video and case study documentation for the project Strengthening Vegetable Production and Marketing to Improve the Climate Resilience Capacity of Smallholder Farmers. Career Category: Invitation for Bids Location: Kampong Chhnang Province Summary Objective of the Video and Case Study Production To document best practices, lessons learned, participation, and project achievements from the implementation of the project in order to share learning experiences with communities and other stakeholders. Scope of Work The company or individual video producer must collect information from available project-related documents. SEUAC will provide relevant project materials needed for the video production. The video production process includes interviews with representatives of agricultural cooperatives, SEUAC staff, and local authorities. The company or individual producer must produce a video and photo materials for target groups with a duration of no more than 56 minutes. The company or individual producer must provide training to SEUAC staff on photography and video production. The producer must prepare a draft project video story script in both Khmer and English before filming and present the draft video to SEUAC management for feedback before final submission. Implementation Methodology The company or producer must prepare an activity plan in collaboration with the SEUAC team based on progress reports and consultations with project stakeholders. Conduct field filming of beneficiary activities and gather direct testimonials from women, youth, local authorities, and SEUAC representatives involved in the project. Budget The budget is USD 1,300.00 (one thousand three hundred US dollars only), including 15% withholding tax.
