Tenders are invited for Purchase of Medical Equipment Required for the Uva Provincial Ayurveda Department.. Qualified bidders may obtain bid forms by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00 to the Accounts Division of the Uva Provincial Ayurveda Department office between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on working days. Forms will be issued upon presentation of the official receipt from 19 May , 2026, to 08 June, 2026. A Bid Bond must be submitted. If provided in cash, it must be 1 % of the bid value; if provided as a bank guarantee, it must be 2 % of the bid value.
