Tenders are invited for Supply of Basmati Rice for the period covering 01 August to 31 October 2026 Bids must be submitted, in PDF format, through STCs dedicated email address [email protected] as per terms and conditions laid down in the bidding document at latest on 29 May 2026 up to 14:00 hrs (Mauritian Time). 4. Bids received after the submission deadline and/or submitted to an email address other than the mentioned dedicated email address above, shall not be considered. 5. Bids will be opened at the STC, Head Office, Ebène, on 29 May 2026 from 14:01 hrs in the presence of bidders/representatives who may choose to attend. 6. Any request for clarification in respect of the bids shall be submitted on the email address [email protected] as per dates laid in the bidding document. 7. The STC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, annul the Bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
