Tenders are invited for Accessories (RJ 45 Clips, LAN Ports, Switch Racks, CAT 6 Copper Cables, Crimpers, Network Tester Tools) 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document from the Procurement Officer, Federal University of Agriculture, Bassambiri, Bayelsa State, from (8:00am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays) on presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 paid into The Federal University of Agriculture, Bassambiri, Bayelsa State, designated account via the University Portal. 5. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot, two (2) copies each of the technical, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as EXPRESSION OF INTEREST/PREQUALIFICATION FOR [LOT 1] All EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION documents should be arranged in the specified order and paginated before submission. All documents should be put into two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Vice Chancellor, Federal University Of Agriculture, Bassambiri, Bayelsa State. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on 11th June, 2026. 6. OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 11th June, 2026, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Procurement Officer, as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
