The Agency Is Seeking A Contractor To Provide A Up To Two (2) Helicopters, Experienced Pilot(S), And Support Services Including A Fuel Truck With Licensed Driver, And Capture Crew, When Needed, For The Pendleton, Grant, Heppner, And Prineville Wildlife Districts Directly And Support Operations In Adjoining Districts As Needed For The Survey And Management Of Wildlife Species. The Proposer Will Provide Approximately 570 Hours Of Helicopter Flights Every Two (2) Years For 2026-2028.
