The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Obtain An External Evaluation Of How Norsk Tipping Works With Efficient Operations, Including An Evaluation Of Salary And Pension Costs. The Primary Goal Of The States Ownership Of Norsk Tipping Is To Ensure Responsible Gambling. Furthermore, Through Rational Operation Of The Company, Arrangements Must Be Made So That As Much As Possible Of The Profit From The Games Can Go To The Purposes Mentioned In Section 12 Of The Gambling Act. Against This Background, It Is Important That Norsk Tipping Works Continuously With Efficient Operations. The Evaluation Must Take Into Account The Companys Characteristics And The Sectoral Policy Objectives. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Agreement Is 16 October 2026.
